Child Custody and Visitation?
If you and your spouse have children under the age of 19, the rules of custody are
governed by the California Family Code. There are two (2) types of custody, legal and
physical.
Legal custody gives the parents the rights to make decisions affecting the
childs, health, welfare and education including selecting doctors, medical treatment and
schooling.
Physical custody and visitation determines the actual timeshare of the child
with each parent. Don't risk your relationship with your child, contact us on
techniques and strategies to protect your rights and strengthen your relationship
with your child.
